The location was perfect, right next to a convenient shop and with easy access to the boat to Atins. Carlos, the host, organized a fantastic excursion to Lagoa Bonita for a reasonable price. We also appreciated the hassle-free transfer to Sao Luiz, with drop-off and pick-up right at the hostel. The breakfast was delicious and the room with air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot and humid weather. The hostel itself had a great vibe, with spacious common areas and comfy hammocks. The kitchen was well-equipped, making our stay even more convenient. this is the best hostel we've stayed at in Brazil.
